Showcase your brand and add value through interactive workshops on-site and remote
Share your learnings with participants through interactive workshops, while simultaneously shining the spotlight on what makes your brand unique and special. 80% of surveyed participants stated that their perception of sponsors improved as a result of deploy(impact).
Engage and develop your employees by letting them mentor
Let your employees mentor teams as they go through the 6 week program. A minimum of 1 hours per week is required, but the benefits are remarkable. Studies show that mentors benefit just as much, if not more, from mentoring as mentees do. Previous mentors specifically highlighted their leadership skills improved as a result of mentoring.
Meet and exchange from the comfort of your own booth
At our on-site events, you will have your own booth and you will be in good company. Passion is one of the biggest reasons why people get involved with our programs, whether they are participants, representatives from companies, members of academia, non-profit organizations or one of our many partnering organizations who stand behind the same cause. You can be sure that you will meet people, who are intrinsically motivated to effect change.
Connect with and recruit talent
Facilitating recruiting helps both our sponsors as well as our participants. In our 2023 edition 90% of participants were open to job offers from sponsors. On top of the program being designed in a way for you to best identify talent that you are interested in, we assist you by connecting you with participants both during and even after the program.
